Prof. Dr. Serdar Üşümez; 1973 yılında Uşak’ta dünyaya geldi. 1996 yılında Hacettepe Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Bölümü’nü bitiren Üşümez, 2000 yılında Selçuk Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Bölümü’nde ortodonti alanında doktorasını tamamladı. 2004 yılında “Bilim Doçenti” unvanı alan Üşümez, 2009 yılında “Profesör” oldu. Türk Dişhekimleri Birliği (TDB) Türk Ortodonti Derneği (TOD) Avrupa Ortodonti Derneği (EOS) üyelikleri bulunan Üşümez, ortodonti alanında her gün çok sayıda hastamıza hizmet vermektedir. Prof. Üşümez, İngilizce bilmektedir.
