Prof. Dr. Alp Erdin Koyutürk

He was born on February 9, 1975, in Ankara. He completed his elementary, middle, and high school education in Ankara. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Hacettepe University in 1997. He completed his doctoral studies in Pediatric Dentistry (Pedodontics) at the Faculty of Dentistry, Selçuk University, in 2003. He is the founder of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry, Ondokuz Mayıs University in Samsun. He served as the Department Chair from 2004 to 2016. He was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2008 while serving his military service at GATA in Ankara. He was promoted to Professor at Ondokuz Mayıs University in 2014. He has extensive experience in treating children under general anesthesia and sedation. He has numerous publications in both national and international journals. He is married and the father of two children.
